Join the Lassig Family in the 50/50 Challenge—a community effort to accelerate progress toward therapies for children with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP).
The goal is simple: 50 people, families, businesses, or groups each raising $50. Whether it's a card game, neighborhood gathering, golf outing, bake sale, walk, lemonade stand, or your own creative idea, every fundraiser adds momentum to a much larger mission.
Together, these small acts of generosity can create meaningful change for children and families living with HSP.

This fundraiser supports research focused on childhood-onset SPG4, the most common form of HSP. There are more than 80 types of HSP, many of them extremely rare. Advances in SPG4 research may help inform and accelerate progress across other forms of HSP.
